Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Rub the olive oil over the fillets and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, combine the diced avocado with lime juice, salt, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Once the salmon is done, top with the avocado mixture and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispy top, consider broiling the salmon briefly at the end of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within two days.
