Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or sour cream

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning, then place them on a baking sheet.
