Description

Delicious baked Cajun salmon topped with a creamy avocado lime sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
