Description
Baked Boursin Salmon combines the creamy richness of Boursin cheese with tender salmon, all topped with crispy panko breadcrumbs for a delightful contrast.
Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets
- 8 oz garlic & herb Boursin cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place salmon fillets in the dish, skin side down, and season with salt and pepper.
- Generously spread Boursin cheese over each fillet.
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil, parsley, and thyme until well-coated.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the Boursin-covered salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
Using room-temperature Boursin cheese makes spreading easier. Adding a squeeze of lemon juice or red pepper flakes can enhance the flavor.
