Description

Baked Boursin Salmon combines the creamy richness of Boursin cheese with tender salmon, all topped with crispy panko breadcrumbs for a delightful contrast.

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets
  • 8 oz garlic & herb Boursin cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place salmon fillets in the dish, skin side down, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Generously spread Boursin cheese over each fillet.
  4. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil, parsley, and thyme until well-coated.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the Boursin-covered salmon.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Using room-temperature Boursin cheese makes spreading easier. Adding a squeeze of lemon juice or red pepper flakes can enhance the flavor.
