Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (5–6 ounces each)
- 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz) with garlic and fine herbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil until you achieve a smooth mixture.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and drizzle the remaining olive oil on top. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
- Place the salmon in the baking dish skin-side down (if applicable), then spread the prepared cheese mixture over each fillet, ensuring an even coverage.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 145°F.
