Description

A delightful dish featuring succulent salmon fillets topped with creamy Boursin cheese infused with garlic and fine herbs, perfect for any seafood lover.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz) with garlic and fine herbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and drizzle the remaining olive oil on top. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the salmon in the baking dish skin-side down (if applicable), then spread the prepared cheese mixture over each fillet, ensuring an even coverage.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 145°F.

Notes

For best results, customize the Boursin cheese with different flavor varieties or add vegetables like cherry tomatoes or asparagus for roasting.
