Description

These Baja fish taco bowls feature flaky cod, vibrant toppings, and warm corn tortillas, creating a light and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 flaky cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salsa of choice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
