Description

Delight in the vibrant flavors of Baja fish taco bowls featuring flaky cod, fresh toppings, and zesty lime.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cod fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (for serving)
  • Hot sauce (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the cod fillets with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is flaky.
