Description

Delicious Baja fish taco bowls featuring flaky cod, fresh pico de gallo, and creamy avocado, perfect for a coastal-inspired meal.


Ingredients

  • Flaky cod fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Taco seasoning
  • Corn tortillas
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Fresh pico de gallo
  • Avocado
  • Lime
  • Fresh cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the cod fillets with olive oil and taco seasoning. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
