Description

A flavorful seafood gathering featuring shrimp, snow crab legs, and smoked sausage simmered together in a spicy broth.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimps
  • 1 lb snow crab legs
  • 1 lb smoked sausage
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 ears of sweet corn on the cob
  • 4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 6 quarts water


Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning to the water.
  2. Once boiling, Add the potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add the smoked sausage and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Next, Add the corn and shrimp, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Drain the pot and serve the seafood, sausage, and vegetables on a large platter. Enjoy!
