Description

A delightful dish combining succulent shrimp, tender asparagus, and delicate angel hair pasta, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and asparagus, cooking until the shrimp turns pink and the asparagus is tender.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in the Parmesan cheese, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, sauté the garlic until golden brown and reserve a tablespoon of Parmesan for serving.
