A delightful blend of shrimp, asparagus, and angel hair pasta, infused with garlic and lemon for a light and flavorful seafood dish.
Ingredients
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and asparagus to the skillet and cook until the shrimp is pink and the asparagus is tender.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with the shrimp and asparagus, mixing well.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Notes
Don’t skimp on the Parmesan cheese for better flavor. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
