Description

A simple yet flavorful dish featuring fresh shrimp, vibrant asparagus, and delicate angel hair pasta, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving


Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Add the asparagus pieces and stir-fry until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well.
