Ingredients
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add the asparagus pieces and stir-fry until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well.
