Description

Deliciously marinated tuna steaks grilled to perfection, infused with sesame and ginger flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (divided)
  • Green onion (sliced, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, sesame oil, ground ginger, soy sauce, garlic powder, and rice vinegar.
  2. Marinate the Tuna: Coat the tuna steaks generously with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Coat the Tuna: Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides of the marinated tuna steaks.
  5. Grill the Tuna: Cook the tuna steaks on the grill for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
