- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh ginger, grated (15 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice (15 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chili sauce (5 milliliters)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sesame seeds (30 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped green onions (25 grams)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and sriracha sauce.
- Whisk the mixture until well combined to form the marinade.
- Place the shrimp in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the shrimp, ensuring they are well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating with chunks of red bell pepper.
- Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
