Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cumin (5 grams)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika (5 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (2.5 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (1.25 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine apple cider, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Whisk the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade.
- Toss the shrimp until they are fully coated in the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
