Description

A quick and flavorful marinade for tuna steaks that enhances their natural taste with a blend of soy sauce, honey, and fresh aromatics.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. Place tuna steaks in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the tuna steaks, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  5. Remove tuna from marinade, discarding the used marinade.
  6. Grill, sear, or bake the tuna steaks to your desired doneness.

Notes
