Description

Delightful salmon tacos cooked in the air fryer, served with a refreshing slaw and wrapped in warm corn tortillas, perfect for a family meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 4 oz each), skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (red or green)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry and season with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a bowl, combine cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice; mix well.
  4. Air fry salmon for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Warm tortillas, then assemble tacos with salmon and slaw.

Notes

Consider marinating the salmon for a few hours to enhance flavor. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
