Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the salmon pieces with the lemon garlic butter mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
