Ingredients
- 12 oz salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the salmon bites to the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the coated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is crispy and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with rice, veggies, or salad.
