Description

Crispy and flavorful honey garlic salmon bites cooked in the air fryer, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the salmon bites to the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the coated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is crispy and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with rice, veggies, or salad.

Notes

Adjust the marinade to suit your taste; add chili flakes for a spicy kick or experiment with different herbs.
