Ingredients
- – 1 bag frozen shrimp, thawed, shelled and deveined, 340 g
- – 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- – 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) ground black pepper
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) minced garlic
- – 1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh shredded cheese
Instructions
- Use a paper towel to dry the shrimp thoroughly, then transfer them to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, minced garlic, and shredded cheese in the bowl, stirring until the shrimp are well-coated.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if needed. Set the air fryer to 360°F and cook for 10 minutes, flipping the shrimp halfway through at the 5-minute mark. Remember that cooking times might differ if your shrimp are a different size.
- Once cooked, serve them with a cocktail sauce, over pasta, or in a salad, and enjoy!
