Description

Sizzling garlic and Parmesan elevate fresh shrimp into a flavorful dish that’s perfect for seafood lovers, cooked conveniently in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are cooked through and golden.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
