Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp (raw, peeled, and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons high-quality olive oil
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (adjust based on spice preference)
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for squeezing over shrimp)
Instructions
- Combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for a few minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them for optimal cooking.
- Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for approximately 6-8 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp in the last minute of cooking.
- Remove the cooked shrimp from the air fryer and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
