Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp (raw, peeled, and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons high-quality olive oil
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (adjust based on spice preference)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for squeezing over shrimp)


Instructions

  1. Combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for a few minutes.
  3. Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them for optimal cooking.
  4. Cook the shrimp in the air fryer for approximately 6-8 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp in the last minute of cooking.
