Description

A healthier way to enjoy crispy fish with a satisfying crunch and flaky texture, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Fresh fish fillets (your choice of white fish)
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs or panko
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each fillet in the seasoned breadcrumbs or panko.
  4. Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Lightly spray the fillets with cooking spray or brush with oil.
  6. Air fry the fish for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Notes
