Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (120 ml) all-purpose flour (60 grams)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (2.5 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (0.5 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder (1 gram)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) paprika (1 gram)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and shredded coconut.
- Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Dip the floured shrimp into the beaten eggs, ensuring even coating.
