- Shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams)
- Crab meat, cooked, 1/2 cup (120 ml) (75 grams)
- Green onion, finely chopped, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 grams)
- Garlic, minced, 1 clove
- Egg, 1
- Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 grams)
- Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
- Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 milliliters)
- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
- Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1 gram)
- Sesame seeds, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (20 grams)
- Cooking spray or oil for air fryer
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine shrimp and crab meat; pulse until finely chopped.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Add green onion, minced garlic, egg, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Cut each bread slice into two triangles.
- Spread a generous amount of seafood mixture onto each bread triangle.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the top of the seafood layer.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray or oil.
- Place the prepared toasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
