Ingredients

  • White bread slices, 4
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1 cup (240 ml) (150 grams)
  • Crab meat, cooked, 1/2 cup (120 ml) (75 grams)
  • Green onion, finely chopped, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 grams)
  • Garlic, minced, 1 clove
  • Egg, 1
  • Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 grams)
  • Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
  • Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 milliliters)
  • Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams)
  • Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1 gram)
  • Sesame seeds, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (20 grams)
  • Cooking spray or oil for air fryer


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine shrimp and crab meat; pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  4. Add green onion, minced garlic, egg, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Cut each bread slice into two triangles.
  7. Spread a generous amount of seafood mixture onto each bread triangle.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the top of the seafood layer.
  9. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray or oil.
  10. Place the prepared toasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  11. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
  12. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
