Ingredients
- 1 fillet salmon (6 oz) (170 g)
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (15 g)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5 ml)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated (5 g)
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven broiler to high.
- In a small bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
- Spread the marinade evenly over the top of the salmon fillet.
- Place the baking sheet under the broiler about 6 inches from the heat source.
- Broil the salmon for 5 to 7 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for 1 minute.
- Garnish the salmon with chopped green onion before serving.
