  • Olive oil, 2 tablespoon s (30 ml)
  • Lemon juice, 2 tablespoon s (30 ml)
  • Garlic, 3 cloves, minced
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
  • Paprika, 1/2 teaspoon (1 g)
  • Honey, 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Fresh dill, 2 tablespoon s, chopped (8 g)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, honey, and soy sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Sprinkle chopped fresh dill over the fillets.
  6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a minute.
  8. Serve the salmon with lemon wedges on the side.
