- Honey, 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
- Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
- Fresh dill, 2 tablespoon s, chopped (8 g)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, honey, and soy sauce.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh dill over the fillets.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a minute.
- Serve the salmon with lemon wedges on the side.
