Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and lime juice.
- Whisk the mixture until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the marinated chicken for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
